Daniel Peffley, CFS, CLTC

Many people get frustrated, aggravated, and discouraged when they try to tackle their own financial plans. It's not something that is taught in school, and most don't get a financial lesson at home.

Daniel Peffley believes teaching his clients to understand their personal finances can be explained and understood easily. With a degree in finance and as an Adjunct Professor of Finance for the University of Toledo,Dan takes his responsibility of educating his clients seriously.

Personal finance decisions can be beneficial for anyone – regardless of income. Dan believes it doesn't matter what you make, it matters how efficiently you use what you make. How money works – and how it can grow and work for you, is at the core of what Dan teaches his clients. 

Dan started his career at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) in 2001. He has a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation as well as a Certified Long Term Care Specialist (CLTC) designation. As a partner of the Premier Wealth Management Group and a financial advisor with MML Investors Services, LLC, he holds a series 6, 7, 63, and licensed in many states throughout the country.

In addition, Dan has a specialty area of planning helping professionals and business owners replace a portion of their income with disability income insurance. Income protection is often overlooked, but a key component to a sound financial plan. 

As an honorable member of the community, Dan has served on the board for many groups. He sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Toledo's Business School. He has been the past president of Business Network International. He was the past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He was the past president of the Nature's Nursery. 

Dan has a wonderful daughter named Samantha. He enjoys cycling, running, swimming, and competes in triathlons, including completing four full Iron Man events. Dan is also a member of the Broadway Theatre League, The Toledo Club, The Toledo Rotary and a member of the Start High School Hall of Fame.
